I was trying to tag a website on del.icio.us earlier today and got this error message. It’s interesting to find my reaction to an error message so soften when the company takes responsibility in a light-hearted way. A smart tactic, I think. What error messages are auto-generated from your site? Are they as friendly?

A client mentioned to me the other day that she is seeing a trend of an increase in the number of appeals her certifying body is receiving.
